This privacy policy outlines how EventSync ("we", "our", or "us") manages information and data when you visit https://eventsync.helm108.com or use the EventSync Discord bot.

- Discord User ID: Used to identify which Google Calendars to update when a Discord Event is created, updated or deleted, and used to send automated messages to the user if the syncing process fails.
- Discord Server ID: Used to look up which users are registered with EventSync when a Discord Event is created, updated or deleted.
- Google Calendar ID: Used to sync Discord events to your Google Calendar.
We do not collect email addresses, usernames, IP addresses or any other data that could be used to identify a user.
No details from the Discord Events themselves are stored by us or sent to any third-party services other than to create the event in Google Calendar.
Information Retention
We retain the information we collect for as long as necessary to provide our services. Your information is deleted when you disconnect EventSync from your Discord Server or Google Account.
Usage Tracking
We track interactions with EventSync for debugging and statistics. This information is tracked with no identifiable information associated with it.

We do not use cookies or any tracking technologies.
Third-Party Services
We do not use third-party services that collect or process user data.
Do Not Track
The EventSync website does not include any tracking, so there is nothing to be affected by your browser's DNT setting.
Data Storage and Security
Application data is stored in our database hosted by Turso and is not shared with any other third parties. The database is replicated to instances in the United States of America and the European Union.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of the data we collect and store.
